Hi, I am renting out a beautiful BIG room with 2 massive windows/6th floor/amazing view/
fireplace/flatscreen tv, sofa/parket...and some more furniture which can be taken out (or left in).Its my first time as its my living room - so short intro: the place is 112sqm in total - so we would share all the other rooms / 2 toilets/private parking lot/ Boomenbuurt next to AH/shopping street. I work fulltime/somedays from home/love music/friends and go out a lot / long and afterwards sleep long...I am looking for someone (preferably female but not a must) to kind of match that lifestyle and also works.
Concerning furniture: no bed / ..if required the sofa can be exchanged for a sofabed
