Hello, I'm a 26 years old international student and looking for an apartment in The Hague or the surrounding area as soon as possible. As I am relocating from abroad, I do not currently have Dutch employment income. However, my parents will be fully supporting me financially during my studies and will cover my housing and living expenses. They have a stable financial situation (monthly average income of +€10.000 and can provide proof of income/funds and act as guarantors if required. I can also provide my university admission/enrollment documents and any other documentation needed for the rental application.
